Dr. Samuel Hahnemann, Organon of the Medical Art, Aphorism 2.
That experience sparked a deep desire to better understand health, illness, and the body's remarkable capacity for healing.
What began as a personal search for answers gradually developed into a lifelong passion and ultimately a professional calling.
Looking Beyond Symptoms
My own health journey taught me that symptoms rarely exist in isolation.
In many cases, illness develops over time through a complex interaction of genetics, stress, lifestyle, nutrition, environmental influences, emotional strain, immune function, and other contributing factors. When we focus only on symptoms, we may miss important pieces of the puzzle.
This understanding forms the foundation of my work today.
I believe that symptoms are often the body's way of communicating that something deeper requires attention. Meaningful healing often begins when we take the time to listen carefully, ask different questions, and explore the whole person rather than focusing solely on a diagnosis.
I believe healing is most effective when we listen carefully to the body rather than working against it.
My Professional Journey
My interest in health and wellbeing led me to complete a Diploma in Nutrition and Fitness, qualifying as both a Personal Trainer and Aqua Aerobics Instructor.
As my understanding of health continued to evolve, I pursued a Master's Degree in Homoeopathy, which allowed me to study health and disease through a broader and more holistic lens.
My path into Homoeopathy and Complementary medicine was shaped not only by my personal experience with chronic illness but also by a growing awareness that many people were not being fully seen as whole human beings within conventional symptom-focused approaches.
This led me to further study and integrate multiple perspectives on health and healing in order to better support people living with chronic and complex health concerns.
Over time, my work has expanded to incorporate principles from Functional Medicine, nutrition, lifestyle medicine, and mind-body health.
More recently, my academic interests have led me into the field of psychology, deepening my understanding of the powerful connections between emotional wellbeing, behaviour, stress, relationships, and physical health.
I remain deeply committed to ongoing learning and to providing thoughtful, ethical, and evidence-informed care.
How I Work
Every person has a unique story.
During consultations, I take time to understand not only your symptoms but also the context in which they have developed. Together we explore your health history, lifestyle, stress patterns, emotional wellbeing, environmental influences, and other factors that may be contributing to your current state of health.
My approach integrates:
• Classical and Clinical Homoeopathy
• Functional Medicine principles
• Nutritional and lifestyle assessment and guidance
• Laboratory investigations where appropriate
• Individualised treatment planning
My aim is to create a compassionate, respectful, and collaborative environment where patients feel genuinely heard, understood, and supported.

A Personal Commitment
Having walked my own path through chronic illness, I understand that healing is rarely a straight line.

It is a privilege to support people on that journey and to help them move toward greater health, resilience, and wellbeing.
About Me
My journey into Homoeopathy and Complementary healthcare began through my own experience with chronic illness.
Like many of the patients who find their way to my practice, I spent years searching for answers. Living with ongoing health challenges taught me first-hand how frustrating, isolating, and overwhelming it can be when symptoms persist despite your best efforts to understand and address them.
